TRANSPORTATION
Schedules
To help streamline the transportation process, please provide a copy of your scholar(s) monthly transportation schedule. Please email the schedule to the Director of Operations, Sharmeen Rhine.
If you would like to make adjustments to the schedule, a two-week notice is needed, as the transportation services need to be updated. If it is an emergency adjustment please call the school prior to 3:15 PM.

Dismissal
Preschool Dismissal:
Families must pick up scholar(s) at the Church door entrance between 3:45 PM to 4:00 PM. If you are running late, please contact the teacher through Brightwheel.

Kindergarten to Grade 6 Dismissal:
Scholars will be dismissed at 4:00 PM. Please review each transportation section to learn more. I

Please be prepared to call our bus company when the van or bus is delayed to get an estimated arrival time during the Winter Season. If you experience any concerns with transportation outside of timely arrival, please contact the Director of Operations, Sharmeen Rhine.

Parent Drop off and Pickup
Parent pickup for Preschool is at the Church door entrance and all scholars must be signed in and signed out.

Parent pickup for K-6 is in the parking lot at 23rd and Girard Ave N. Please stay in your car as you wait for your scholar(s) to come out. If you are picking up your scholar prior to dismissal time, you must call the school and come in to sign your scholar out.

After School Programs
If your scholar will be attending an after-school program, please be sure to provide the program schedule prior to the start of the month. If there are any changes to the program schedule, inform Sharmeen Rhine via email or contact the school office at 612-302-3410.
