MDE Safe Learning Models

The Safe Learning Model Look-Up allows families to look up a school district or charter school’s learning model(s). This is for families or members of the public interested in learning models implemented at a certain school district or charter school. Our school is listed under Legacy of Dr. Josie R. Johnson Montessori.

The Safe Learning Model Dashboard allows families to sort learning model data collected from school districts and charter schools. This is for families and members of the public to see a high-level picture of the models implemented across the state. Our school is listed under Legacy of Dr. Josie R. Johnson Montessori.

COVID-19 Support Fund

The JJ Legacy COVID-19 Support Fund is collecting monetary donations to alleviate JJ families experiencing challenges brought on by temporary loss of employment, layoffs, medical concerns, food scarcity, or homelessness. The school has been able to provide some items to support families during meal deliveries/pick up. The goal of this fund is to expand support to ensure families find access to food (beyond breakfasts and lunches for students), hygiene products, school supplies, etc while the school is closed, making sure families don’t have to worry about these essentials.

NEW: Please include a note if you would like your donation to go towards teachers at the school to say thank you.

Donations are tax deductible and 100% of proceeds will go toward needed supplies for families.
